Should the mandatory retirement system be abolished?(定年制は廃止すべきか) 自分の答え: @I think that the mandatory retirement system should be abolished. There are two reasons to support my opinion. AThe first reason is that there are many old people who can work. They have a lot of experiences and knowledge, which will lead companies to success. BThe second reason is that working population is now becoming smaller and smaller. Because of the declining birth rate, the number of young people who are working at their company is smaller than before. To solve this, we need to have more old people work. CFor these reasons, I believe that we should abolish the mandatory retirement system.(116 words)
【Should the developed world will developing countries overcome poverty?】
There have been a lot of discussion about the issue that whether or not the developed world help developing countries overcome poverty. I think the developed world should do so, and I have two reasons to support my opinion.
Firstly, some developed countries must have developed exploiting developing countries. They should compensate for what they did to those local people making the most of their funds.
Secondly, multinational corporations will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life in developing countries. With those corporations, they are able to hire local people and give local people more chances to work.
For these reasons, I believe it is imperative for developed countries to help developing countries overcome poverty.

Is space exploration worth the cost?
It is said that we spend more and more money on space exploration. I cannot say that it is worthwhile to use so much money on it. There are three reasons to support my opinion.
The first reason is that it will have little or no relation to our daily lives. If large amounts of natural resources should be found on other planets, it would be beneficial enough for us, because prices of goods would become lower and lower. However, there is still little possibility to happen such a thing.
The second reason is that it is not likely to find other places to live in outer space. Many people believe that there must be other planets which human beings can survive. However, there is still no evidence of it. Moreover, suppose that we were lucky enough to find such planets, then how could we get there if the planets were very far from earth? It doesn't seem to be a realistic goal.
The third reason is that space exploration is not the top priority in today's world. Now there are many problems such as hunger problems, internal conflicts, and so on. The governments of all over the world should solve the problems and should spend much money for the weak. From this point of view, we cannot say that space exploration is relatively more valuable action than solving such problems.
Of course, I'm not going to say that every space exploration should be abandoned. However, I believe that space exploration is not worth spending too much money. (251 words)
>>140 じゃあ自分の文章 A lot of people have read 200 mile under the sea, written by Bernu, the french author. In any eras, there is a common thing. Pe eople have admiration to what humankind has not visited so that only imagination is a clue to draw what it is like. So it is, even if in the future it has become a familiar place and is found to be a futil land without lives and any resources under its ground. It is so, even if human beings find then that lives living there are agry creatures and that it is a world as mercyless as the weaker are just the bates of the stronger. even to what what will end to just a grim and depressing situation, we have an admiration only on the basis that we haven't seen it yet. Humankind might be a creature who always tries to justify the fact they live, so tries to find some brightness in the future, even if they have to live a boring live and to end in their lives miserably.
Dreams and expectation. That's what I have heard too often so far. Haven't you felt a doubt agains them, the reader of this sentence, You! If you are a kind who hasn't, I might have a kind of pity against you. No, I don't mind how you are at all. Anyway, we are silly, chasing things having been seen.
The cost of exploration of the space? You require me to answer it! Fuel for a rocket, the rocket and the vehicle moving around the surface of a planet, education to people who engage the travel. Those are necessary for the business. That is, just money for it.
Sacrifice is often said to be necessary to attain one's dream. In the present case, it is money, But, when you know what wait us ends in despair, it means the sacrifice for the despair. Then, is there any meaningful reason to discuss what cost the exploration of space takes?
I agree with the idea that Western culture have had good effects on Japan. There are two reasons to support my opinion.
The first reason is that a lot of important concepts which was born in Western countries came to Japan. For example, the concepts of democracy and equality came to Japan, and these are now the important concepts of the Japanese Constitution(←これ正しくはthe Constitution of Japanらしい。).
The second reason is that by knowing other cultures, we can acquire other ways of thinking.
…For these reasons, I believe that Western cultures have had good effects on Japan. …That's all. (96words)
→ Yes, I think it is partly true. However, many people also think that we should look at our traditional culture again, and should preserve the culture. This will lead to the opportunity to know more about our culture.
→It is true that many people from other countries are now living in Japan. For example, I see lots of people from other countries in convenience store. This may be the chance to know other countries' culture, but I think this is also the chance to let people from other countries know Japanese culture. I think this is not the disadvantage for us but it is good thing.
→(10秒ぐらい考えて) I think not only the concepts of democracy and equality but also foods are also the part of culture. For example, I like hamburgers, French foods, and so on, and I usually eat them. We can also say these foods are also the part of Western culture.
→ Yes, people who wants to live long time in Japan should do so. This is because,……(ここで時間切れ!!)

p.102より To ensure biodiversity, we must do more to protect the world’s wilderness areas. This is important for sustaining the earth’s ecosystem. Failing to do so would mean the mass extinctions of several species, which would then adversely affect the availability of food and medicine. In fact, research has shown that drops in biodiversity also negatively impact human health.
Is space exploration worth the cost?
I think that everyone will agree with the idea that space exploration is worth the cost!!! Because I am so smart that I can easily give you more than 100 reasons!!! Well, as this examination says we can write only 3 reasons, I have no choice but to write 3 reasons to support my idea, which is against my will.
First, many scientists do agree with spending a lot of money on space exploration. My friend, who is the professor of Harvard University, said to me yesterday that according to the news, more than 85.6% of scientist certainly agree with this wonderful opinion. Moreover, my mother's friend, who is a well-known novelist said that there are a lot of gold inside the moon!! We must get a lot of gold by digging up the moon right away!!
Second, according to the research, which is examined by professor Tom, the new bible of Christianity was found yesterday, and it says that we human must do space exploration as soon as possible, which is now a common sense for all Japanese people. Have you already know the fact? If you should not know, you have to go to hospital. To sum up, space exploration is exactly the religiously right action.
Third, to our surprise, we don't have to worry about money. In fact, though this is a top secret, my old friend is now the president of other country, and he promised that he will give all the money if Japanese people want to spend a lot of money on space exploration. How fantastic it is!!!!
For these reasons, there must be no one who disagrees with this wonderful idea. If some people were to disagree with it, they must be insane.
Agree or disagree: Space exploration should be continued.
I do not believe that space exploration should be continued for the following reasons.
Firstly, the national wealth should be directed to solving more serious problems. The world is confronting urgent issues, such as world hunger and environmental problems. Poverty is a major cause of conflict, and pollution damages both earth and human health. Rather, the world should tackle those pivotal problems.
Secondly, many innovations, which are believed to have been achieved through space exploration, might have been realized without these programs. For example, UV filtering sunglasses, robotic arms, and water purification machines would have been invented at much lower cost without space travel. Lastly, space exploration goes hand in hand with military projects. The main reason for space exploration for big counties is for military purposes. For example, if a nation develops a system that allows it to fire weapons from space, the nation can surpass its rivals in geopolitics. In conclusion, space exploration should be stopped for the stated reasons.
Agree or disagree: Improving space-related technology is a good investment.
In my opinion, improving space-related technology is a good investment for the following reasons.
Firstly, space-related technology can be utilized in our society. Water purification systems and robotic arms are examples. Water purification systems are used in areas which cannot access drinking water and robotic arms were originally developed to help astronauts do heavy lifting, and nowadays they are used for surgery.
Secondly, space-related technology makes our daily lives very convenient. Google Map is already commonly used as a navigator for many citizens and this application cannot work without satellites. The satellites show Google Map both a users’ location and the destination, and even the shortest route which connects to each place.
Furthermore, navigation system is also being used for self-driving cars. Self-driving cars will be able to take many elderly, who cannot drive ordinary cars anymore, to their destinations such as their hospitals. Satellites will drastically change people’s lives. Self-driving cars cannot be realized without space development.
In conclusion, improving space-related technology is a good investment for the stated reasons.
.Agree or disagree: Improving space-related technology is a good investment.
Many people argue that space exploration is a waste of money and we should spend more money on more practical matters such as on how to reduce world hunger. While this is true I still believe improvements in space-related technology is a good investment. I am giving three examples to support my opinion.
Firstly, since astronauts need to consume nutritious food in outer space, several space foods were invented for astronauts. For example, NASA’s efforts to provide astronauts with nutrient-rich foods in space led to improvements in commercial food for newborn babies.
Secondly, Space-related technology also helps medical science. One example is a robotic arm called the neuroArm, which can perform surgery. It was originally developed to help astronauts do heavy lifting and maintenance in space.
Lastly, Space technology can contribute to water hygiene in developing countries. For example, astronauts need pure drinkable water to live. Therefore, water purifying systems were developed to sustain life in outer space, and this technology provides poor communities around the world with access to clean drinking water.
In conclusion, we can understand even from these few innovations that improving space-related technology is a good investment, which makes positive contributions to society. Technology developed to maintain astronauts’ health and safety are also applied to the improvements of daily lives on Earth.
・there are a lot of gold → there is a lot of gold ・which is examined → which was examined ・Have you already know〜? → Have you known 〜 yet? ・He promised that he will → He promised me that he would ・If some people were to disagree with it, they must〜. → If some people were to disagree with it, they might〜.
